Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant nursing experience preferred

Current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC

Must-Have: BLS-CPR Certification, Registered Nurse

Description: The Staff RN in Ambulatory Clinics works collaboratively as an active member of the interprofessional team. They provide therapeutic, patient- and family-centered care. The Staff RN systematically and continuously collects and assesses data related to patient health status. They develop, execute, and evaluate the plan of care. The Staff RN utilizes evidence to drive clinical decisions and practice related to individual and population health. They establish goals and strategies for meeting care coordination needs. This includes working with the patient, family, and/or other care providers. The Staff RN considers factors related to safety, effectiveness, and fiscal accountability in planning and delivering care. They delegate and supervise care in accordance with state nursing practice regulations. The Staff RN participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives. Patient care coordination. Direct patient care. Telephone triage and eVisits. Performing and assisting with in-clinic minor procedures. The Staff RN may float to other areas as needed for operations. The Staff RN must be able to function as both an RN and an Endo Tech. The majority of procedures involve monitored anesthesia care (MAC) with anesthesia present.
