Marketing Content Creator - REMOTE

We’re looking for a content strategist who can produce a steady stream of ads, including viral ones, for our marketplaces and the brands inside them. You’ll write, direct, and ship creative that runs on Meta, TikTok, and beyond, and own the feedback loop on what’s working.

About the team Turtles is a world-class team letting anyone turn their passion into a beloved marketplace, helping 29M shoppers find the things they’ll love. Our team is primarily split between our offices in NYC, Helsinki, and Hong Kong, with portions of our team also working remotely. Why this role matters Creative is the single biggest lever in paid marketing right now. The strategist who consistently ships ads that work directly compounds our growth budget. What you’ll do Concept, write, and direct ads across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).

Push for viral, scroll-stopping creative, and own the volume to find it.

Build a creative pipeline the company can scale.

What we’re looking for 3+ years producing performance creative for a consumer brand or DTC company.

Strong taste in creative, copy, and visual storytelling.

Comfortable shipping a high volume of work and iterating fast.

Nice to have Experience producing for TikTok, Reels, or short-form social.

Working session: review existing ad creative and brainstorm new concepts with a senior team member or a founder (~60 min).
