Rivers Dental Care is looking for a full-time dental hygienist to join
graduates

Our office is made up of team members who support one another, jump in where needed, and work together toward shared goals. We are looking for a hygienist who takes ownership of their role, is open to feedback, and
building

Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and periodontal assessments.
Educate patients on oral health, treatment recommendations, and preventive care.
Take digital radiographs and intraoral scans as needed.
Utilize clinical judgment to identify treatment needs and help patients understand the benefits of recommended care.
Follow all infection control and sterilization protocols.
Active Tennessee dental hygiene license (or ability to obtain).
New graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Flexible team player who is willing to jump in and help where needed.

Current dental hygienist license
Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
