Overview We’re hiring a fully remote associate attorney to join the team. Must have between 4-5 years of defense litigation experience in commercial trucking and be licensed in the state of Texas.

Responsibilities We’re looking for an Insurance Defense Attorney (4-5+ years of experience) with a strong background in trucking and premises liability. This is a fully remote position; The ideal candidate will be comfortable billing a minimum of 160 hours per month and managing cases from inception through resolution.
4+ years of relevant insurance defense litigation experience
Strong background in trucking and premises liability preferred
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills
