Full Time Litigation Paralegal

Litigation Paralegal Pay Rate: $40 to $50 per hour DOE

Downtown Los Angeles, CA

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire, Full-Time, Onsite for the first 45 days then hybrid 3 days onsite

LHH is partnering with a national law firm seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal on a contract-to-hire basis to support a busy business litigation practice in Downtown Los Angeles. This role requires a hands-on paralegal with strong trial preparation experience and the ability to manage matters from pleadings through trial. There is strong potential for conversion based on performance and business need.

Responsibilities Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, from initial pleadings through trial support

Independently handle court filings and ensure compliance with deadlines in state and federal courts

Draft pleadings, correspondence, discovery materials, and other legal documents

Organize, maintain, and manage case files and litigation calendars

Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal; strong business litigation background preferred

Paralegal certification required

Experience with eDiscovery tools is a plus, not a requirement
