RN Hospital Oncology Night Shift Full-Time - Oncology

Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates the patient care in conjunction with other departments. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.

Night Shift RNs – Med/Surg Unit

Full‑Time | 36 hrs/week

Shift: Days | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM

Sign‑On Bonus: $20,000 for Experienced RNs

Sign‑On Bonus: $15,000 for New Graduate Nurses

Patient Care Unit

30‑bed Med/Surg unit with a team oriented culture.

Patients include GI, Oncology, Post‑Op Recovery, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, Dehydration, Complex Wound Care.

RN‑to‑Patient Ratio: 1:6

Supported by Patient Care Associates on every shift.

Graduate of an accredited RN program.

Active RN license (state‑specific or compact).

Must meet all state board of nursing requirements.

Unit‑specific certifications (timeline for completion).

Prolonged standing/walking throughout shift.

Up to $20,000 for new graduate nurses.

Tuition Reimbursement: Up to $2,000/year.
