Nursing LPN Fulltime

Kaiser Permanente is seeking an experienced LVN II to join our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care under the supervision of RNs and physicians. Responsibilities include patient assessment, vital signs monitoring, medication administration, treatments, wound care, and accurate EHR documentation. You’ll educate patients and families, support procedures, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
