The Wohrley Allstate Agency is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Sales Producer to join our team in Parker, Colorado.

Who We're Looking For You don't need 10 years of insurance experience to be successful here.

We're interested in someone who is licensed, competitive, coachable, motivated, and ready to build their career.

A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required for this position.

Candidates who are not currently P&C licensed will not be considered.

Our most successful producers aren't waiting for the phone to ring. They are proactive, competitive, consistent, and willing to create opportunities.

Top performance is rewarded. There is no cap on what a motivated producer can earn through commission.

Schedule & Location Monday–Friday

In-office position – Parker, CO 80134

Candidates must be willing and able to commute to and work from our Parker agency location.

This is not a remote position.

Agency Provided Leads

Responsibilities Work agency-provided leads and develop additional sales opportunities

Make outbound calls to prospects and existing customers

Follow up consistently with leads and referrals

Build and manage your sales pipeline

Identify customer insurance needs

Recommend appropriate personal lines insurance products

Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-selling opportunities

Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale

Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals

Provide a positive, professional customer experience

Build relationships that generate repeat business and referrals

Requirements Active Property & Casualty insurance license

At least 1 year of sales experience

Experience working in a commissioned or goal-driven sales environment

Enjoys talking with people and selling over the phone

Comfortable making outbound calls and following up consistently

A verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Positive energy and enthusiasm

Competitive and motivated by performance

Takes ownership of results

Coachable and wants to continue developing professionally

Dependable and has a solid work history

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
