Must be able to prepare wood and metal surfaces for painting, and paint equipment, parts, machinery, buildings, and other working areas using a spray gun, brush, and rollers. Prepare the surface using methods appropriate to remove dirt, oil, and grease, removing old paint, smoothing cracks, coating, and filling holes.
Selects and mixes coating liquid to produce the desired color, according to specifications using a paddle or mechanical mixer.
May erect scaffolding or set up a ladder to perform tasks above ground level.

Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and meet all customer, site, regulatory, medical, and fitness-for-duty requirements applicable to the position.
Must be able to perform all job duties while maintaining a constant commitment to safety, quality, and productivity expectations.
