Requirements for Staff Nurse:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

Valid, unencumbered, state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), in the state of Massachusetts

Current CPR certification

One year of skilled nursing facility experience, preferred

Bilingual or Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Job Duties for Staff Nurse:

Administer Meds, Complete Assessments, and ensure all necessary care is properly delivered to residents.

Assess residents and coordinate with Physicians on plan of care

Develop, Write, Execute, and Monitor Care Plans for resident safety and wellbeing.

Maintain safety of residents.

Follow appropriate regulatory guidelines.
