Physical Therapist (PT- Temporary Full-time

Physical Therapist Opportunity

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time role with one of our area clients in St. Augustine, FL. You will help adult outpatient orthopedic patients move better, feel better, and stay activewhether recovering from an injury or managing long-term conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school approved by the APTA.

Active Florida Physical Therapist license is required to start the position.

BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Clinical Focus & Caseload:

Adult outpatient orthopedics primary focus. No pediatrics or neurology.

Full-time clinicians typically manage an hourly-based caseload averaging 1.5 patients per hour.

Comfortable working within a large physician group and acting as the clinicians' "eyes and ears."

Strong collaboration skills. Able to work across multiple therapists and support a team-oriented environment.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-patient setting.

Proactive problem solver with flexibility and a "get things done" attitude.
