Head of Products - Remote

The Upstream Product Manager plays a central role in the execution of new product initiatives that advance the Advanced Wound Care franchise’ Build strategy and long-term innovation priorities. This role will require strong financial and business acumen, deep understanding of clinical value propositions, and the ability to integrate cross-functional inputs to shape product concepts that are commercially and clinically compelling.

• Portfolio & Project Ownership
• Own marketing strategy and deliverables across multiple high-complexity projects.
• Lead development of target product profiles, value propositions, positioning, and business cases that are financially rigorous and evidence-based.
• Integrate clinical insights into marketing strategy, ensuring product concepts reflect patient outcomes, medical need, and clinical evidence.
• Lead market opportunity analyses, including competitive assessment, market potential, and unmet need identification.
• Prioritize geographic launch markets based on commercial potential, regulatory pathway, and operational readiness.
• Financial & Strategic Accountability
• Build out robust business cases, including revenue projections, NPV analyses, cost of goods considerations, and pricing strategies.
• Partner with Finance to model project scenarios and assess financial impact of strategic choices.
• Identify risks and opportunities that may impact financial, clinical, or operational outcomes.
• Collaborate with PMO to ensure stage-gate readiness.
• Work with R&D, regulatory, and Medical Affairs to ensure clinical feasibility, safety, and evidence integration.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher and 5+ years of experience in upstream or downstream product marketing.
• MBA, Economics, or related field).
• Experience in medical devices, medtech, healthcare, or similar regulated industry.
• Strong financial and business case acumen, including revenue modeling, NPV analyses, and pricing strategies.
• Work location: Remote.
• Travel: Less than 25% [domestic/international].
