We're seeking a Director of Engineering to lead and scale our multidisciplinary engineering team as we develop, build, and deploy the next generation of our waste-to-energy and carbon capture systems. You'll be both strategist and builder—setting the engineering vision, managing execution, and rolling up your sleeves to help solve complex hardware challenges.
You will own the engineering organization while collaborating across product development, fabrication, and field deployment to take ideas from whiteboard to world-changing systems.
Lead and grow a world-class mechanical, electrical, and controls engineering team.
Drive end-to-end product development—from concept to CAD, DFM, fabrication, commissioning, and continuous improvement.
Build scalable engineering processes that support rapid prototyping and high-reliability deployment.
Own technical architecture decisions and cross-functional integration across subsystems (combustion, thermal, gas separation, pressure, controls).
Guide engineering trade-offs with strong first-principles thinking and cost-performance analysis.
