Review construction documents and drawings to understand full project scope for bidding

Perform detailed take-offs to determine labor, materials, and overall project requirements

Manage projects including remodeling, insurance restoration, interior and exterior renovations, roofing, kitchens, bathrooms, and flooring

Coordinate scheduling of employees and subcontractors to keep projects on track

Communicate with subcontractors and vendors to gather pricing and align scopes of work

Purchase materials and track project expenses to maintain budget control

Lead and direct field staff while resolving challenges throughout the project lifecycle

Monitor timelines, budgets, and overall project performance in Tarrant County and surrounding areas

Schedule: Monday through Friday, typically 7 am to 5 or 6 pm with occasional Saturdays

10+ years of experience in construction project management, estimating, or a similar role

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong knowledge of construction documents, take-offs, and cost estimating

Experience managing residential and light commercial projects including remodeling and restoration

Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Proven ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and budgets

Leadership experience directing field teams and subcontractors

Proficiency with estimating software and project management tools

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites within Tarrant County and surrounding areas
