Hours: Candidates must be available to work full-time Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, weekends, holidays, as needed. Specific weekend hours may vary based on patient and operational needs.

The Registered Nurse functions as a dynamic member of the patient care team, providing education, coordination, and clinical support to fertility patients throughout their treatment journey. This role serves as a key liaison between patients and providers, ensuring seamless care delivery, patient understanding, and an exceptional experience from consultation through treatment.
Patient Care & Treatment Coordination
Coordinate the care, management, and treatment of fertility patients.
Implement provider directives through the management of diagnostic testing and clinical treatment plans.
Provide care in accordance with established RMA workflows, policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines.
Review medical records and laboratory results, ensuring accurate information is documented within the electronic medical record (EMR).
Maintain accurate, complete, and timely documentation of patient care activities within the EMR.
Set appropriate expectations and provide guidance regarding testing, treatment options, medications, and RMA processes.
Foster a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and their families.
Demonstrate sound clinical judgment in implementing individualized plans of care.
Perform nursing interventions and procedures as needed to promote patient safety and positive clinical outcomes.
Assist physicians with in-office procedures as required.
Participate in the education and training of nursing staff.
Partner effectively with clinical and administrative teams across departments to ensure seamless patient care.
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license without limitations - required
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Experience working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - required
Two or more years of practical nursing experience - highly preferred
Prior experience in women's health, reproductive medicine, fertility, OB/GYN, or a related specialty - preferred
