Construction Carpenters Needed - FULL TIME

WinnCompanies is searching for a Carpenter to join our team supporting multiple properties totaling around 2,400 units through the Chicago, IL area .

In this role, you will be responsible for installing cabinets, counter-tops, doors and the like in vacant and occupied units.
The pay for this role is $45.61 per hour. Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM.
Perform repairs in such areas as, but not limited to, appliances, carpentry, hardware accessories, masonry, painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, and basic HVAC.
Cut, shape, and smooth the needed material.
Assemble and install, kitchen cabinets, siding and drywall.
Layout floorings, VCT and ceramic, ensuring they are leveled and compatible.
Knowledge of painting and patching and tools.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Previous working experience as a carpenter.
In-depth knowledge of different carpentry materials and techniques.
Hands on experience with appropriate electrical tools.
OSHA 10-hour & OSHA-30 construction is required.
General Contractor License.
A current vehicle license in good standing and meet the driving records standards outlined in the Company Safe Vehicular Operations Policy.
Excellent customer service skills.
Basic familiarity with computers and tablets.
Availability for on-call activity during off hours for urgent needs.
Ability to speak and understand basic English.
Vocational or technical training.
NCCER Core Construction Skills Scaffold User / Competent Person Certification.
Concrete Formwork Certification.
Finish Carpentry Certification.
Drywall / Framing Certifications.
Historic Restoration Training.
