Project Manager Key Details

Employment Type: 6-Month Contract

Join a leading team helping drive critical infrastructure projects within a refinery environment. As a Project Manager, you will oversee capital projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. This role requires close collaboration with site leadership, engineering teams, and operations personnel to support refinery safety, reliability, production, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and execute capital projects to support refinery operations and business objectives

Lead integrated project teams and coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders

Participate in site meetings, capital project reviews, and turnaround planning activities

Ensure projects comply with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements

Utilize corporate project management tools and processes to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality

Provide regular project status updates and reporting to leadership

Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls

Coordinate bidding and contractor management activities for capital projects

High School Diploma or GED

5–10 years of Project Management experience within a refinery, manufacturing, industrial processing, chemical, oil & gas, or related industrial environment
Experience managing capital projects from planning through execution
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline

Experience working in refinery or heavy industrial operations

Familiarity with turnaround planning and execution activities
