Full -time Service Runner

Room Service Runner We are looking for a highly motivated, customer‑focused Room Service Runner to join our team! Room Service is responsible for taking guests’ orders over the phone and delivering food & beverage to guest rooms, ensuring accurate orders and timely delivery.
Property Westin Tampa Bay is a AAA Four‑Diamond hotel located on the water with magnificent bay views. It is just three miles from Tampa International Airport and close to popular attractions and the Westshore business district.
Responsibilities Be thoroughly familiar with menus, ingredients, and methods of preparation for each dish, wine list, and hours of operation for all food and beverage outlets.
Understand the room layout, property layout, and hotel amenities.
Collect orders from the kitchen, verify correct preparation, and promptly deliver them to guest rooms.
Assist with collection and breakdown of Room Service trays and other items from guest rooms.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including personal appearance, equipment, and facility.
Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
Compensation $14 - $14 per hour.
