In this role, you’ll build strong, trusted relationships with Clearwater members by serving as a knowledgeable resource and guiding them through their lending needs. You’ll play a key role in helping members achieve their financial goals while also strengthening Clearwater’s presence and partnerships within the community.

Goal-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to make informed, sound lending decisions in accordance with policy and procedure.

Commitment to learning and applying credit union philosophy, products, and services.

A solutions-focused mindset with a passion for positively impacting members’ financial lives.

Qualified candidates will have excellent member service and computer skills. One to three years of lending experience preferred.
