Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Clinton Township
Pay Range: $80,000-$110,100 (Total annual compensation, including bonus incentives)
We are a state of the art behavioral clinic for children with autism and their families. We believe in treating the family as a whole, and as such siblings and parents are often incorporated into our therapy. Our unique services include a 3-month parent training program, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and day-time center based services for children between the ages of 2-12. We strive to provide compassionate and creative care to meet the needs of our families.

Design, execute, and monitor ABA therapy treatment programs
Oversee implementation of behavioral programs by clinical staff
Provide training, develop behavioral systems, and manage team performance
Facilitate parent meetings and training to ensure consistency between home and clinic
Complete comprehensive client goals and required documentation for insurance reimbursement and clinical review
Stay current with research and emerging methodologies in behavior analysis
Provide oversight of company programs and employees as related to behavioral analysis
Minimum Requirements Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
Behavior Analyst license valid in Michigan
Strong knowledge of behavior analysis and autism
Ability to maintain a caseload of billable hours within a structured clinical model
Ability to bend, squat, push/pull, and lift up to 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services
