Bistro Restaurant Server

SPiN

The ideal candidate must have previous food service experience within a similar role and have a hands on approach, be an excellent communicator, ensure customers are served promptly & courteously, and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.

Provide superior customer service to our guests. Assist in patron food and beverage selection, presenting menu and answering patron questions regarding menu, cuisine and beverages.

Transmit orders to bar and kitchen identifying patron special requests and any dietary restrictions.

Serve orders, maintain table settings by removing courses, replenishing beverages, utensils, and ensuring guests requests or issues are handled promptly and courteously.

Adhere to sanitation, safety and alcohol beverage control policies.

1-year previous server experience in restaurant/hospitality/entertainment venue.

Superb customer service and interpersonal skills.
Flexible with varying schedules to reflect business needs.
Must have knowledge of food & beverage preparation and service.
Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull food trays, carts, chairs and tables up to 40 lbs. I understand that my job may change on a temporary or regular basis according to the needs of the company without it being specifically included in the job description.
