Requirements

New Jersey Elementary Instructional Certificate (CEAS, CE, Provisional, or Standard)

Knowledge/experience with NJ Student Learning Standards

Ability to work collaboratively with other grade level teachers

Willingness to differentiate instruction and utilize technology to enhance student learning (particularly in mathematics and language arts literacy)

Knowledge of state assessment expectations and test specifications (where applicable)

Experience with Charlotte Danielson's Framework for Teaching (a plus)

Bilingual (a plus)

Effective: 2026- 2027 School Year

Salary

As per salary guide based on experience and earned degree level

Minimum $67,958 - maximum $99,181

Benefits: In addition to the base salary, eligible employees receive a comprehensive benefits package: including medical/vision, prescription and dental insurance, and paid time off. Will be entered into the appropriate NJ Pension Program.
