About the Clinician's Workday The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide individual, family, and group therapy services to adolescent girls during full-time day shifts totaling 40 hours per week within a residential treatment setting. The clinician will address clinical presentations including depression, anxiety, behavioral concerns, and emotional regulation as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include supporting life-skills development, family engagement, and experiential programming designed to promote resilience, academic achievement, and greater independence. Call coverage is required for this position.
