Brand Ambassador (2nd + 3rd Shift)

Spirits Brand Ambassador | Crown Royal
Reports To: Proof Media Mix, in close partnership with the local Diageo team

The Crown Royal Brand Ambassador is responsible for building brand love, trade engagement, and long-term account value across North Florida through relationship building, education, advocacy, and consistent in-market activations.

This person will win menu features that lead to permanent menu placements, along with thoughtful account programming that gives Crown Royal a reason to live on the backbar, on the menu, and in an account long after the ambassador leaves.

This is a very active, field based role for someone who understands both the culture and the craft of hospitality, and who knows how to turn genuine relationships into real, lasting brand impact. Every activation, every training, and every hour spent in an account is expected to yield a measurable and favorable outcome for the brand. Crown Royal is one of the most recognized and most loved whisky brands in North America. The Brand Ambassador is the human face of the brand across all of that. The right person protects the brand where it is already strong, earns it new credibility where it is under indexed, and makes sure the trade sees Crown Royal as a brand worth featuring, not just a bottle worth stocking.

Menu Features, Menu Placements & Account Programming
Drive menu features that convert into permanent menu placements across priority on premise accounts.

Build serve strategies and cocktail specs that fit each account, its price point, its speed of service, and its guest base, so a feature is easy to say yes to and easy to keep.

Develop and execute account programming, from recurring serve features and staff incentives to seasonal moments, LTOs, and account specific rituals that give Crown Royal a reason to stay on the menu.

Partner with buyers, beverage directors, GMs, and owners to identify menu opportunities early and build the case for them.

Track and document placements and programming so wins are visible, repeatable, and defensible.

Education, Advocacy & Brand Presence
Your job is to make the brand easy to understand, easy to love, and easy to recommend.

Lead engaging, high quality trainings for bartenders, servers, buyers, distributor teams, and hospitality professionals.

Deliver brand storytelling and category education that clearly communicates the craft, quality, and heritage behind Crown Royal and the breadth of the family.

Execute staff trainings, guest shifts, trade events, consumer activations, and educational programming with confidence and professionalism.

Represent the brand at industry events, cultural moments, media opportunities, and community programming in a way that feels credible and authentic to the room you are standing in.

Partnership With The Local Diageo Team
Work hand in hand with the local Diageo team to program and plan activations big and small, with clear timelines, clear roles, and clear objectives.

Align activity to brand priorities and local market strategy before it hits the calendar, not after.

Coordinate with advocacy, brand, PR, national accounts, and events partners so execution is aligned and nothing lands twice or lands cold.

Be a go to resource for problem solving, executional guidance, and hospitality expertise across the local team.

Approach every activation, big or small, with a defined objective and a favorable outcome for the brand in mind.

Choose accounts and moments with intent, balancing volume of activity with quality of impact.

Follow through after the activation so a great night becomes a placement, a relationship, or a repeatable program.

You can walk into a nightclub at midnight and be completely at home, then walk into a country bar or dive bar the next night and be just as welcome. You can speak to the nuance of whisky and higher marques of Crown Royal and also love the playfulness of a flavored whisky serve. Focused on outcomes, and able to connect an activity to what it actually does for the brand

Collaborative, agile, and self motivated

Understand both the cultural and the commercial sides of hospitality, even in a role that does not carry a number

This role is for someone who wants to contribute meaningfully to the industry, help build something impactful, and make the people around them better.

5+ years of experience across spirits, hospitality, nightlife, cocktail culture, or beverage programming, with the majority of that experience rooted in the Florida market

Strong existing relationships with accounts, influential bartenders, buyers, and hospitality operators across North Florida

Genuine range across account types, from urban clubs and nightlife to country bars, sports bars, neighborhood accounts, and elevated cocktail programs

Previous Brand Ambassador or advocacy experience is a plus, but not required. Comfortable leading trainings, guest shifts, and educational programming

Digitally fluent and comfortable creating and posting content across social platforms

Valid driver license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel frequently across North Florida, with regular evening and weekend availability

Must be of legal drinking age and committed to promoting responsible consumption

This ambassador reports to Proof Media Mix and works closely with Diageo brand teams, distributor partners, national accounts, and PR and events teams. This role is about showing up, doing great work, building real relationships, and making sure every single thing you do leaves Crown Royal better off than it was before you walked in.

The compensation offered for this position is a salary range of $105,000 to $125,000 plus benefits, PTO, and car and phone allowance.
