Weekend Shift Line Cooks

Job Duties

Show up on time and ready to work. KItchen generally closes at 8 on weekdays and 9 on weekends - no late hours. We'll try to mintain a regular schedule of shifts.
Prepares or directs preparation of food served using established production procedures and systems.
Correctly prepare all food served following standard recipes and special diet orders.
Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours so that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.
Follows proper food preparation and handling techniques.
Label, date, and store ingredients to maintain freshness and reduce waste
Maintains daily production and safety records.
Complies with established sanitation standards, personal hygiene, and health standards.
Reports necessary equipment repair and maintenance to supervisor.
Keep kitchen and work area clean, organized, and stocked throughout your shift
Prep food for meals and events.
Dish washing and reshelving.

Other duties as assigned by Manager.
