NEW MEXICO BEHAVIORAL HEALTHCARE LL
New Mexico Behavioral Healthcare LLC is looking for a compassionate and driven Patient Advocate to join our team in Albuquerque, NM. In this vital role, you'll serve as a bridge between patients and the healthcare system, ensuring individuals receive the support, resources, and care they deserve. Serve as the primary point of contact for patients navigating behavioral healthcare services
Facilitate access to mental health, substance use, and community support services
Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions and advocacy efforts
Performs other duties as assigned by the Director of Quality and Risk Management
Experience in behavioral health, social services, case management, or a related field
Empathetic, patient-centered approach with a commitment to advocacy
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Albuquerque community
