Speech Language Therapist (SLP)

Job Overview What you’ll do as a Home Health Speech Therapist/Language Pathologies (ST):

In partnership with the Case Manager you will provide skilled services to assist patients with breathing, speaking, and swallowing functions. You will evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and fluency disorders that affect communication. All opportunities at 21HHS require being in the field visiting patients in their homes.

Qualifications Current unrestricted CA Speech Therapist License

Knowledge and understanding of individual development and human behavior as it relates to the effects of illness/injury, and of the influence of culture on health care

Knowledge of state and federal homecare regulatory guidelines preferred

Experience in home health care highly preferred
