Schedule: Self-determined - you can choose to set your schedule for weekdays only (Monday-Friday), weekends only (Saturday & Sunday) or no weekends, day or evening shifts.

Regency Home HealthCare has immediate opportunities for compassionate people to join our team! Perform hands-on care for medically complex clients during individual, in-home visits. Follow all guidelines and remain in compliance with documentation and policies.

Requirements/Qualifications: REQUIRED: graduate of a Board-approved Respiratory Therapy program and successful completion of the MN State Board examination for either Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician and/or Registered Respiratory Therapist

REQUIRED: minimum of one (1) year experience in a health care facility

Knowledgeable in the principles and practices of respiratory therapy

Essential Functions/Areas of Accountability: Plan and provide respiratory therapy services & exercises to clients in their homes in accordance with the Plan of Care and agency policies and procedures

Perform respiratory therapy assessments, skilled procedures, and ongoing evaluation for clients who are receiving services under a medically approved Plan of Care

Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the ongoing quality improvement process while monitoring and documenting client's progress

Promote personal safety and a safe environment for clients and coworkers

Communicate with other healthcare staff to coordinate care for the patient
