Autism 360 is looking for a compassionate, collaborative Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a remote position serving families in North Carolina.
You’ll have the opportunity to provide high-quality ABA services, partner with families, mentor RBTs, and help learners make meaningful progress—all while working remotely.
You must currently live in North Carolina to be considered for this position.
Due to insurance and payer guidelines, this requirement is non-negotiable, even though the position is remote.

As a Remote BCBA, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Work remotely from your home in North Carolina
• $Develop individualized, meaningful ABA programming
• Coach and develop RBTs through ongoing supervision and feedback
• Use technology to deliver effective clinical support remotely
• Make an impact while having more flexibility in your workday

As a Remote BCBA, you’ll provide clinical leadership and oversight for learners receiving ABA services. Developing and overseeing individualized ABA treatment plans
Conducting ongoing assessments and using data to guide clinical decisions
Monitoring learner progress and modifying programming when clinically appropriate
Providing remote supervision, coaching, and feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians
Conducting caregiver training and helping families generalize skills beyond therapy sessions
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master’s degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Special Education, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
Eligibility to practice behavior analysis in North Carolina, including applicable licensure and credentialing requirements
Experience working with autistic children and adolescents
Strong understanding of ABA principles, functional assessment, treatment planning, behavior intervention, and skill‑acquisition programming
Experience supervising and coaching RBTs or behavior technicians
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
Confidence working independently in a remote environment
Reliable high-speed internet and an appropriate private workspace for confidential clinical services
