HR - Recruiting - Talent Sourcer

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend availability as needed
Pay: $21.00 per hour
Our success is driven by exceptional people, and we're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Talent Coordinator to help create an outstanding experience for every new hire.
What You'll Do Welcome new hires and guide them through the onboarding process.
Collect, review, and track all required new hire paperwork to ensure completion before training.
Communicate with new hires via phone, text, and email to answer questions and provide support.
Coordinate onboarding schedules and training logistics.
Follow up with candidates to ensure all required documents are submitted on time.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to provide a seamless hiring experience.
Assist with additional administrative and recruiting support as needed.
Positive attitude and a customer-service mindset.
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) and learning new systems.
Previous recruiting, HR, onboarding, or administrative experience is a plus but not required.
Competitive hourly pay starting at $21.00/hour
