We are seeking a compassionate and caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a supportive and compassionate environment. As a valued member of our healthcare family, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Assume responsibilities of Nurse Manager in their absence

Receive morning report and make daily assignments

Make rounds, assess status for Residents/Patients on unit, and check on specifics given on Resident care

Ensure accurate and complete documentation of MDS and PRI charting to ensure maximum reimbursement

Complete treatments for the unit according to good nursing standards

Supervise dining room during meals, making note of Resident eating habits and assisting as necessary

Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to provide comprehensive care

Current NYS LPN License

Competitive Rates: $27.00-$43.58 per hour

SIGN on BONUS: $3000 FT/$1500 PT (paid out quarterly over 12 months)
