Temporary Dentist

We are seeking a New Grad Dentist who shares our passion for patient care, education, and professional growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a new dentist looking to build clinical confidence while receiving dedicated mentorship and support.
This position is based out of our Montgomery practice , where you will receive mentorship and support while providing coverage for our Clanton office and, occasionally, our Tuscaloosa location . While you focus on patient care with complete clinical independence, we focus on the other aspects of the practice including Clinical Development, Marketing, IT, HR, Operations Management, Compliance, Accounting & Finance, etc.

Primary responsibilities of our dentists

Educate patients and guardians on the importance of maintaining proper oral health and outlining goals for both medical and dental health considerations
Develop a welcoming, supportive atmosphere for patients to help them feel comfortable with receiving treatment and encourage patient retention
Qualifications to join us as a dentist

Hold a current, or willing to obtain, the Dentist licensure and certifications required by the state, with no adverse actions
