Remote Technical Recruiting Sourcer

You will partner closely with our Director of Talent Solutions to turn hiring priorities into focused sourcing strategies, connect with candidates, and support daily recruiting operations. This includes managing incoming job requests, creating and posting job descriptions, and keeping candidate pipelines organized and moving forward.

Partner directly with an experienced recruiting leader and contribute to priority searches.
Support a diverse range of technology, creative, research, marketing, operations, and specialized business roles.
Contribute your expertise to sourcing strategies, candidate quality, and recruiting processes.
Positions You Will Support Our searches span technical program and project management, product operations, UX research and design, AI content evaluation, content strategy, product marketing, marketing automation, advertising operations, engineering, data analytics, and legal and compliance operations.
Responsibilities Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Google Xray searches, Boolean searches, referrals, and other relevant channels.
Create personalized outreach that generates interest and clearly communicates the role.
Create and post accurate, consistently formatted job descriptions in Greenhouse and other recruiting channels.
Maintain current candidate records, outreach activity, follow up, and pipeline updates in Greenhouse.
Provide administrative support as needed, including organizing recruiting documents, tracking submissions, and scheduling.
Manage multiple searches with quick turnaround expectations while maintaining candidate quality and accuracy.
Qualifications Prior sourcing or recruiting experience supporting technology or specialized professional roles.
Strong Boolean and Google Xray search skills to uncover relevant public profiles, portfolios, and resumes.
Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and engage qualified candidates.
Familiarity with Greenhouse for searching existing candidates, maintaining records, tracking outreach, and managing candidate pipelines.
Clear, engaging written communication and a professional, personable approach to outreach.
Willingness to support job postings, incoming requests, and administrative tasks alongside sourcing.
Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the recruiting lead.
Availability Monday through Friday, with preferred overlap during Pacific Time business hours.
Preferred Experience Staffing agency experience supporting contract opportunities with large technology companies.
Experience sourcing across technical, creative, research, marketing, and operations disciplines.
Experience using AI tools thoughtfully to support research, search development, and outreach while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
