Restaurant Food Runner/Busser (Full-Time)

AM Food Runner Reports to: Director of Food & Beverage

Salary: $15 an hour, plus tips

Fouquet’s New York is looking for a motivated AM Food Runner to support the breakfast and lunch service periods. This position ensures the food is delivered in a timely manner and in accordance with Fouquet’s service standards.

Responsibilities:

Run food from the kitchen to the correct table and seat.

Confirm dishes, modifiers, and allergies before delivery.

Support servers with table maintenance, clearing, resetting, and guest needs.

Keep service stations clean, stocked, and organized.

Communicate clearly with kitchen, servers, and managers.

Assist with opening duties, polishing, stocking, and setup.

Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.

Follow all health, safety, and service standards.

Requirements:

Previous restaurant or hotel experience preferred.

Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

Ability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Team player with good communication skills
