Full Time Maintenance/Custodian

Responsible for minor maintenance repairs and the clean and orderly appearance of the collection center.
Vacuums carpets, dusts furniture and removes trash.
Cleans windows and doors at least daily.
Performs minor maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing ceiling tiles, painting, minor plumbing and carpentry tasks.
Assists in recycling and repackaging of shipping materials.
Follows all Health Safety & Environmental (HSE) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) policies and procedures. Bilingual skills may be required, at the discretion of the organization, to meet the needs of the business.
High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum three (3) months experience as a custodian preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines Must be able to see and speak with customers and observe equipment operation.
Frequently exposed to hazardous chemicals, extreme temperatures and to blood borne pathogens
Required to wear Personal Protective Equipment while performing specific tasks or in certain areas
Required to work overtime and extended hours to support center operational needs
