Must-Have:
2 years of Pediatric Cardiovascular ICU experience required.
Description:
High acuity, fast-paced CV stand-alone unit.
Cares for congenital heart disease/defects, surgical congenital heart disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, transplant, and VAD/Berlin patients.
Age range includes neonatal through young adult, with occasional adult congenital heart disease patients.
Nurse-to-patient ratio by shift is 1:1, 1:2 for ICU status, and 1:3 for stepdown/non-ICU.
