This role is ideal for individuals with little to no experience in the maintenance field who are eager to learn and grow in a hands-on environment. The Maintenance Technician will assist in the routine maintenance, repair, and upkeep of equipment, facilities, and machinery to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Assist with daily inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment and facilities.

Perform minor repairs on machinery, electrical systems, plumbing, and HVAC units under supervision.

Troubleshoot basic mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues and report more complex problems to senior technicians.

Assist with cleaning and organizing maintenance tools and equipment.

Help maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.

Respond to maintenance requests from staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.

Participate in training programs and gain knowledge in various maintenance systems and practices.

High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training is a plus.

Strong interest in learning maintenance procedures and systems.

Basic knowledge of electrical, mechanical, or plumbing systems.

Previous experience in a maintenance or similar hands-on role (internships, part-time jobs, etc.).
