We are seeking a Prep Cook to join our culinary team. This role is essential in ensuring that all ingredients are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards, supporting the smooth operation of our kitchen. Check quality of ingredients

Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment

Support the kitchen team during service hours by providing prepped ingredients promptly

Assist with inventory management and notify supervisors of low stock levels

Use proper safety equipment, such as cut gloves, when preparing food

Minimum of (2) years experience in a full‑service kitchen

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
