1st shift M-F 6am-3:30pm
Responsibilities:

Safe and efficient operation of all machining equipment.
Perform set-up operations including tooling, workholding/fixturing and program verification.
Precisely measure/inspect parts to verify part quality and accuracy at all stages of setup and run.
Proper management, utilization and maintenance of all tools, fixtures and devices.
Optimizing each machine process to produce the most efficient and productive process possible.
Create, store, edit, and retrieve CNC programs.
Daily/weekly machine maintenance.
Participation in continuous improvement processes.
Experience:

• 3+ yrs. operating CNC machining equipment.
• Knowledge of G&M code programming language.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to perform basic math skills (fractions, decimals)
• Ability to convert metric to imperial.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Must have own tools.
• Experience with sheet metal and light plate.
