Are you a forklift operator with at least 6 months' experience looking for a steady shift, weekly pay, and long-term employment opportunities? We are hiring Forklift Operators for a new distribution facility in Whiteland, Indiana.

This position is ideal for safety-minded individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced warehouse environment and have experience moving materials, loading trailers, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring products move safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse. Operate forklifts to move, lift, stack, load, and transport materials throughout the warehouse

• Load and unload trailers, pallets, and skids safely and efficiently
• Use RF scanners to track inventory, verify product counts, and maintain warehouse accuracy
• Supply production and machine centers with raw materials and remove finished products
• Perform daily OSHA-required forklift inspections and safety checks
• Change propane tanks or charge forklift batteries as needed
• Report equipment issues, inventory discrepancies, or safety concerns immediately
• Minimum of 6 months of forklift operating experience
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the entire shift
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Previous warehouse or distribution center experience
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Experience with warehouse management systems
• Current forklift certification or the ability to obtain and maintain a company-approved forklift license

Distribution and warehouse facility

• Frequent forklift traffic and moving equipment
• Loading and unloading of trailers throughout the day

This is an active warehouse position requiring employees to safely operate forklifts throughout the shift while maintaining inventory accuracy and productivity standards. Candidates must be comfortable working around warehouse equipment, loading trailers, and performing routine safety inspections.

Applicants who do not have forklift experience or who are not comfortable working in a warehouse environment may not be successful in this role.
