$As a CNA on our full-time team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our 3p-11p shift team at our Hialeah, FL facility. If you are passionate about providing top-notch care and making a positive impact on the lives of others, we would love to hear from you.
Provide high-quality care to our residents under the supervision of our licensed nurses
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and clean environment for our residents, which includes maintaining a clean and organized living space and assisting with meal service and activities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues
Perform Resident Care Services, including vital sign checks, feeding, bathing, and toileting
Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional condition to licensed nurses
Participate in the development and implementation of individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and vital signs
High School Diploma or equivalent required
