Legal - Paralegal - Remote

Job Description
International law firm is hiring a Legal Assistant to join their midtown Manhattan office.
The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with:

• 5+ years of commercial litigation experience
• Securities litigation experience, a plus
• eFiling experience, required
• TOC/TOA experience, required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provide administrative support to attorneys including calendaring, travel arrangements, meeting preparation, expense reports etc.
Prepare and file documents in state and federal courts
Conduct legal research
Serve as reception backup when needed
Assist with additional tasks, as needed
Additional information:

Salary: $90K - $105K (non-exempt) commensurate with experience plus annual discretionary bonus
Benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401K and more
Monday – Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Must be flexible for overtime as needed
Hybrid schedule: 4 days/week in office, 1 day/week remote
