Licensed Practical Nurse job in Springfield, Ohio: Join a collaborative, patient-centered healthcare team supporting adult and geriatric patients in an acute care oncology and long-term care setting.

Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,230 - $1,300
Acute Care Oncology / Long-Term Care
Location: Springfield, OH 45504 - a welcoming community with a convenient, accessible setting for an on-site healthcare role.
Shift: 12-hour night shifts
Schedule: 36 hours per week, every other weekend, every other holiday
Assignment Type: 13-week travel LPN assignment with potential for temp-to-perm consideration
Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of employment or eligible LPN applicant status
One year of clinical patient care experience in an acute care setting, long-term care facility, or physician practice is preferred
Experience with EPIC electronic health records preferred
Ability to work night shift schedules, adapt quickly, and contribute to a fast-paced healthcare environment
Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care under the direction of an RN and other licensed providers
Participate in the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
Perform phlebotomy services and assist with wound care, routine procedures, and patient monitoring
Collect and document accurate patient data, observations, and care updates according to unit guidelines
Recognize and report changes in patient condition promptly to support timely care plan revisions
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to support positive patient outcomes
Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, HIPAA, and OSHA standards
