Registered Nurse (RN) - Cardiac Care - Nights

Join a healthcare team as an RN in a medical-surgical setting, providing direct patient care aligned with established policies and protocols.

Responsibilities Include

Applying standards of nursing practice to enhance patient quality of life.

Building effective relationships and advocating for patients and families.

Utilizing the nursing process to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

Considering patients' physical, cultural, social, and spiritual factors in care strategies.

Collaborating with inter-professional teams and communicating effectively to ensure holistic, ethical, and culturally sensitive care.

Educating patients and families on health measures and promoting wellness.

Mentoring colleagues and applying evidence-based practices.

Performing point of care testing and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications Include

Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.

Current RN license in the applicable state or from a compact state.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

No prior experience required.

Key physical requirements
frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, and communication; occasional patient handling and movement; awareness of safety protocols.
