Accounting and Finance - Head of FP&A

Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Our client, a rapidly growing AI technology company, is seeking a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to help build and scale its FP&A function.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule, 2-3 days/week in the office.
This role will serve as the primary internal FP&A lead, partnering closely with finance leadership to support forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making as the organization grows. Own core FP&A activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning

Build and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making

Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting and variance analysis for leadership

Partner with finance and operational teams to understand business drivers and performance trends

Assist with board-level and executive reporting materials

Help establish FP&A processes, reporting cadence, and analytical frameworks from the ground up

Identify opportunities to improve data quality, automation, and financial visibility

Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic initiatives as the business scales

5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical roles

• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
