Founded in 1948 in Chicago, Envision Unlimited provides a full spectrum of care for individuals with disabilities ranging in age from infancy to 80+. Support daily living tasks (think: cooking, cleaning, self-care)
Help members get to appointments and day programs
A high school diploma or GED (This is an essential requirement. Proof of education and transcripts must be uploaded with application)
