You will be responsible for guiding CAMPs families through our retail experience, ensuring they have a magical experience and want to return! pulliBring the CAMP brand to life. Provide a fully immersive experience for customers of all ages by:/liulliEngaging in conversations with families about what they are interested in and for what ages and introducing them to relevant items as well as items they didnt know they want or need, ultimately netting in purchases!/li/ulliWelcoming every guest who walks into our store with a custom greeting and performing your own magic door entrance!/liliPlaying with and engaging families as they journey through CAMP experience/liliDemoing and playing with products/liliWorking at the crafting or slime bar/liliCustomizing personal shopping experiences for each family based on their interests and what theyd like to bring home that day./liliChecking families out at the register and letting them know about upcoming programs or other CAMP news/li/ulliAchieve sales targets and KPIs through consistent commitment to providing best in class selling experiences/liliBuild repeat customer base by creating a selling culture that is approachable, unique and tailored to individual customer needs/liliSupport a positive and productive work environment that fosters diversity, inclusivity, teamwork, creativity and a passion for the Camp brand/liliAssist in merchandising and replenishing the sales floor to ensure the store is fully stocked and always customer ready/liliCommunicate customer and store needs to General Manager and store leadership to ensure the store operates efficiently at all times/liliAssist with Back of House tasks to ensure organized and efficient store operations/liliSupport the General Manager and leadership team with goal achievement (KPIs)/liliYou will report to the General Manager (GM) of your home store location/liliOther duties as assigned/lih3What is required?/h3ulliWEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST/liliAbility to work at least one weekend day/week, but ideally both!/liliThis role is part-time, and you will be working approximately 20 hours / each week/liliPositive attitude in all situations/liliPassion for selling and working with people/liliPrior work experience in any of the following areas: retail, child-care, child development/ education, performing arts./liliExcellence, enthusiasm, and excitement around engaging with children and families creatively./liliDesire to be part of a tight-knit team looking to transform the traditional retail experience./liliBonus but not required: you may have hidden talents that can add magical moments to our retail experience./h3ulliAbility to stock merchandise from store receiving to shelving; ability to place product, weighing up to 45 pounds, on shelving at various heights (may be climbing up and down a ladder)/liliExposure to outdoor elements such as sun, precipitation, and wind/liliRegularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store/liliAbility to safely operate manual and electrical equipment from time to time/liliAble to be on your feet for up to 8 hours per shift and to continuously move around all areas of the store/liliKneeling and squatting from time to time when engaging children or stocking / restocking shelves/li/ulpCompensation: $16.00/hr/ppWe provide our team with the following perks:/pulliEmployee Assistance Program: offers support around Education, Legal and Financial Planning, Career Development, Lifestyle and Fitness Management, Mental Health, and Dependent Care/lili20% off all merchandise at CAMPs retail stores and CAMP.5 pay on the following holidays: Independence Day, Labor Day, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth/li/ul/div
