The Architect will perform all phases of architectural work including planning, designing, and reviewing construction. Involved in new building designs, extensions, alterations, and renovations from the earliest stages through to completion. The ideal candidate brings leadership and expertise to a variety of projects and will work closely with our clients, other engineering disciplines and construction teams to ensure that projects are executed successfully. In collaboration with senior design leadership this candidate is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception to completion ensuring that they are delivered on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Controls project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.

Develops ideas keeping in mind client's needs, building's usage and environmental impact.

Produces detailed construction documents and makes any necessary corrections.

Compiles project specifications when requested.

Ensures that all work is carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.

Makes on-site visits to check on project status and reports on project.

Knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards

Work experience with design software (Revit, AutoCAD)

Required Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Architecture.

• Industrial or commercial experience is a plus.
