Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full time Physical Therapist Assistant to join our expanding team of healthcare professionals in our Paterson Office . The Physical Therapy Assistant will be responsible for working under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists to implement patient treatment plans, assist with therapeutic interventions, and support patient rehabilitation goals. Assist patients with therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training.
Monitor and document patient progress during therapy sessions.
Ensure treatment areas and equipment are prepared, clean, and safe.
Communicate patient needs and progress with supervising Physical Therapist and healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
Participate in ad hoc projects to support departmental and organizational goals.

Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapy Assistant.

Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program required.
Experience in outpatient, inpatient, or rehabilitation settings preferred.
Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques, medical terminology, and patient safety practices.
