Weekend Transportation Attendant

The Lot Attendant at Stepp's Towing and Heavy Transport is responsible for managing vehicle releases, maintaining accurate vehicle inventory, and supporting general office operations. This role requires excellent customer service and cash-handling skills, as well as the ability to work independently and follow management instructions. The Lot Attendant serves as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that all interactions are handled professionally and efficiently.
Warmly greet customers at the cashier window, maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
Receives cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers; Record customer information in the customer service database.
Perform administrative and clerical duties as needed.
Proactively build customer relationships and provide thoughtful solutions.
Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors as needed.
Experience in data entry and customer service.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (Off Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday) - 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
